A security company fits trial SIMs into a batch of new CCTV cameras ahead of a client rollout. The cameras work. Footage uploads, alerts fire, the client signs off. Then, during a routine data protection review months later, the client's IT team asks a simple question: which country does this footage actually pass through before it reaches our server?
