Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

For FBA-fulfilled orders (UK, France, Italy, Spain, USA), tracking is provided directly by Amazon Logistics.


SIM Card Shipping — Important Information

Wave Connect ships physical SIM cards and eSIM activation codes internationally. Please note:

  • eSIMs are delivered digitally via email. eSIM orders are processed manually and your activation details will be sent to you on the same or next working day following your order.
  • Physical SIM cards are shipped as standard postal items. Most countries permit the import of unactivated SIM cards; however, some countries may have restrictions. It is the customer's responsibility to verify local regulations before ordering.
  • SIM cards are shipped unactivated and contain no stored value.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within the EU, VAT is included in the displayed price at checkout. No additional customs charges apply for intra-EU shipments.

For orders shipped to the United States or other non-EU countries, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Wave Connect has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delays & Issues

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or high-demand periods. Wave Connect is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
