Avoid at all cost!

Scancom are a total waste if time, their customer service is non existent!I purchased a data only EE SIM costing over £200 and when I received it I couldn't activate it.You cant talk to Scancom you can only email them and it takes days for them respond. When they did, they explained that their SIMs come pre activated and should work out of the box and suggested an issue with my router.I called a technician out at my expense to test the router and he confirmed it was working as it should but the SIM was not connecting to the network, he lent me a SIM so i had access to the internet.I contacted Scancom and a week later they responded saying they will send a replacement SIM out, that was two weeks ago and still not received it!Please avoid this company who have zero customer care and Amazon wont refund me they just keep sending me back to Scancom!

Useful for testing

This SIM uses an overseas mobile provider that has roaming access on all the UK networks. The mobile data 'whoami' checks will report a US IP address. Useful for testing but an expensive way to buy mobile data.

Please follow the instructions in your welcome email. By changing the APN to wbdata and enabling data roaming you will have access to all networks and a European IP address. If you would like a UK IP address for local content please contact us and we will change the relay point for you.

Worked in my Reolink camera without any messing around

Got this for a Reolink Go Plus camera.I literally put it in the slot, waited 2 minutes as per instructions and it was up and running without any messing around.Just what I wanted.
