I recently bought a Teltonika RUTX50 WiFi unit and could not get the Wave SIM to work in it.
Thinking the SIM was incompatible, I asked for my money back.
I got a really helpful response from Wave. I received helpful guidance and full details of how to get the SIM working.
I now know that the ‘fault’ was wholly due to my lack of understanding.
I am really grateful to the knowledgeable member of the Wave team who talked me through the set up process and followed that up with multiple emails to ensure that I was completely satisfied. Such comprehensive support was much appreciated

I use this SIM card for a variety of applications, including my campervan and IoT devices. The coverage on both Vodafone and o2 networks is exceptional, and I've never experienced any connectivity issues. The online portal is a real plus, making it easy to manage my account, add more data, and even set up auto-refills (with a handy 10% discount!). I appreciate the flexibility to add multiple SIM cards with different data plans to the same account.

I was particularly impressed with the coverage I got in Brittany. I was able to work remotely from a coastal town without any issues.

The online portal makes it very easy to manage multiple SIM cards. I have one for my phone and one for my backup router.

Got this for a Reolink Go Plus camera.I literally put it in the slot, waited 2 minutes as per instructions and it was up and running without any messing around.Just what I wanted.

Very easy to use. Activates straight away. Works well in our 4G router in our campervan. We have a favourite camping spot that where signal is very poor with our subscribed phone network (Vodafone) so this is really a great SIM for it. EE coverage is very good.
